I am pleased to inform you that the 1st Alumni Meet of Pt. B.D. Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak is being organized on 23 & 24 Feb, 2008. Kindly find attached formal invitation and other details for the same. Please fill the enclosed registration form and send it back to me by e-mail or fax. I request you to please forward this message to your friends and colleagues of different batches (passed out from this Institute) and with whom you are in touch (to as many as possible). I also wish to bring to your kind notice that to ensure maximum participation from Alumni Abroad the registration charges have been reduced from US$ 500 to US$ 300 & US$200 for family & single/couple respectively.

To make your stay more enjoyable and personal, faculty of the institute has shown their interest to accommodate their respective batch mates and their families with them in the campus/city. However if you require separate accommodation, double bed accommodation will be made available in the City Hotels/Rest Houses on advance payment of Rs. 1000/-. I shall appreciate if you could confirm your participation at your earliest convenience. As a souvenir is to be brought out, I also request you to please send your personal information along with one family photograph at the earliest. Should you desire to contribute any special information in form of an article/news item or memories from the college days for insertion in the Souvenir, we shall be glad to have it.
